With the mastery of these three things we are able to move on to independence and three other habits. 4) Think Win/Win, 5) Seek First to Understand - Then to be Understood, and 6) Synergize. With the mastery of all of these habits come a public victory where everyone is working well together and the system is in harmony. The final habit is habt 7 which is to Sharpen the Saw - take care of yourself.
